Expired listings in Las Vegas? Las Vegas real estate is seeing it’s hottest market ever. The same can be said for Henderson, Summerlin and even Rhodes Ranch. Condominiums are also experiencing rapid sales. Still, there are some folks who have listed their Las Vegas house for sale and instead of selling, it expired off of the market. That must feel like being on Jeopardy where 2 contestants each have over $25,000 and you have -$1,000.
When you sell a home in Las Vegas, you get the greatest protection by hiring a professional. Just like going to the doctor. Yes, you could ask a guy in the back alley to do your surgery for $50, but I think that I would rather have the professional do the procedure.
Yes, it may cost more money up front, still the results will be far better. In fact, most folks that don’t use a professional to sell their home lose thousands more than any commission that they thought they would have saved.
Better With A Professional
So, what many people forget is to treat their home sale in that professional manner. If a doctor can’t find what is wrong with you, go get a second opinion, right? After all, that doctor may not be familiar with what your condition was. The second opinion may be far more educated and may easily spot what the first doctor missed.
So, if your Las Vegas home didn’t sell in the hottest market in history, don’t you think it is only intelligent to “get a second opinion”?
Where Did They Go Wrong?
Many times, I have had homeowners ask me to show them what mistakes had been made in the previous listing. So far, I have never been stumped. In fact, every one of those homeowners that listed their home with me ended up having their home sell through my efforts.
When you discover that your property did not sell, get a second opinion. That way, at the very least, if you do ever want to place your Las Vegas home on the market again, you won’t make the same mistake twice.
