Throughout his youth, Rocky worked in the family business, helping flip homes and renovate apartment complexes. As the business expanded to owning hundreds of units, he gained hands-on experience in investment real estate, 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, condo conversions, and more. This background gave Rocky a deep understanding of real estate far beyond the traditional “location, location, location.” He also played a key role in forming successful limited partnerships for apartment acquisitions.

When mortgage rates for VA and FHA loans were hovering around 15%, Rocky struck out on his own, joining a small Century 21 franchise. Through both strong and challenging markets, he became recognized for selling homes quickly and for developing creative, innovative approaches to marketing residential properties. His dedication to exceptional service and ability to achieve what others said couldn’t be done earned him a place in the top 10% of agents in Southern California.

After 12 years as a top-producing agent, Rocky transitioned into leadership roles, training, recruiting, and managing agents for real estate companies in California and Nevada. He became known for helping agents increase production through innovative strategies and practical guidance.

In 2020, Rocky returned to real estate sales—this time in Las Vegas—to reintroduce the superior level of service he was known for in San Diego.
