Some have asked me what Superior Service in Las Vegas real estate means. To explain, let me tell you about a recent occurrence. A couple months ago, I went to see the doctor. As I was led to the exam room, the nurse told me exactly what would happen. I was told that the physician’s assistant would come in and speak with me briefly. I was told she would then leave the exam room. After that, I was told that she would return with the physician and they would both speak with me.
So, what happened?
Uncommon service
Well, first the physician’s assistant came in and did a brief and yet thorough exam and spoke with me. Now, she is the 3rd physician’s assistant I have seen in that office in the last 4 years. She was calm, friendly, clear and knew exactly what to say with as few words as was needed to convey her question clearly. She spoke intelligently and took the time to answer every question I had.
In the exam, I had never been examined that completely before. And then she asked me if she had forgotten anything. I told her that she had been the most helpful and thorough of anyone I had ever seen in that office. Let’s face it, going to the doctor may not be the most calming event in our lives. It was nice to feel heard and to feel important – not just a number being shuffled in on a conveyor belt.
Then she left. In 2 minutes, she came back in with the physician. When he asked how I was doing, all I could do is gush about his assistant and how great of a job she did.
They told me what would happen. Then, they did exactly what they said they would do. Also, they were thorough, friendly and efficient. Truly, they kept my questions at the highest importance. Most importantly, they made me feel valued.
So, why do I mention this here? This is how I run my business as well.
Superior Service
When you are buying or selling a home, it is not exactly the calmest time in your life. Even worse people that mean well, may have fed you misinformation already about the process and what you will find.
In working with clients, I take the time to find out what their needs are. What concerns do they have about the Las Vegas real estate they look to buy or sell? For me, it’s not about just listing or selling a property today. It’s about the 20- or 30-year plan and how this current activity applies. It may not be best to sell a home for the client. What may be best for them could be something completely different.
When you sell or buy your home with me, you will be told what will happen. You will be listened to. Then we will find the right way to achieve the outcome that you desire. That’s what Superior Service is.
